What's the MOQ for OEM orders?
Trial orders start small — talk to us about your volume. Logo printing, custom packaging and firmware defaults are available on OEM terms; we scale with you from first sample to full containers.
Why three lenses instead of one PTZ?
A pan camera only looks where it is pointed at that moment. Three fixed lenses run simultaneously, so the approach, the wide field and the detail view are all recorded at once — nothing is missed while the camera 'turns around'.
Does the 4G version really work without WiFi?
Yes — the 4G version connects over cellular data with a standard SIM card, so no router, broadband or cabling is needed. If the site has stable WiFi, order the WiFi version instead; both share the same app and features.
Does it need a power connection?
Yes — it runs from the included DC 12V waterproof power adapter. One cable to a socket or low-voltage line is the whole installation; the adapter is sealed for permanent outdoor use.
What certifications are available?
CE, FCC and RoHS compliance for applicable destinations. Tell us your target market and we'll confirm the exact certification package and documentation for your customs clearance.
What about after-sales support?
We're a manufacturer, not a trading desk: spare parts, firmware updates and warranty handling come from our own factory in Shenzhen. Your customers stay supported — and so does your reputation.

V380 Pro (iOS / Android) is the companion app — free to download, with live view, playback, PIR push alerts, two-way talk and multi-user sharing. Pair by scanning the QR code on the camera.
